CONDITIONAL USE LETTER TO ES&G FROM CLARK COUNTY COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT 5-1-17

At this time, no Conditional Use application has been filed by Enon Sand & Gravel.  Regarding notifications:  a general notice is placed in the Springfield News-Sun paper;  in addition, property owners within 200 feet of the property in question is sent a notice.  Decisions of the BZA may be appealed by filing with the Clark County Common Pleas Court.  An appeal must be filed with the court within 30 days from the BZA's Notice of Decision.
